Project submitted to The Future Lions 2018: Connect an audience of your choosing to a product or service from a global brand in a way that wasn’t possible three years ago.
We answered this brief by creating a new service, Samsung Repair. A web service for the people to repair their Samsung products, thanks to auto-generated tutorials and 3D printing. The Idea is ambitious, but it would allow people not to throw away their devices because of a minor break. It would then be an occasion for Samsung to be more responsible, and take position against planned obsolescence.
